The bastion Wall also called defense barrier, defense wall, sand cage, welded gabion box.
It is a prefabricated,multi-cellular system, made of zinc coated steel welded mesh and lined with non-woven geotextile.it replaces the conventional fortifications to defend personnel against fires and projectile shards, it will be made of geotextile bags wrapped by galvanized gabions. 
It is easy installed with using minimal manpower and commonly available equipment. After extended,it is filled into sand,stone, It is made of a collapsible wire mesh container and heavy duty fabric liner, it can be used in separate cell or some cells join together.

Gabions generally includes following types: 
Woven mesh—double twisted, hexagonal wire mesh consisting of two wires twisted together in two 180-degree turns. 

Welded mesh—Welded-wire mesh is made with a uniform square or rectangular pattern and a resistance weld at each intersection.

Gabion box is the most ideal material for slope stabilization, erosion control, bank protection, after filled with rock, gabion box can be placed to the project site for forming structure, for retaining wall, for commercial use, for industrial use, for road projects.Gabions are double twisted hexagonal woven galvanized steel wire mesh with a rectangular box shape.

Gabions can be designed in a wide range of sizes, commonly measured firstly in length x width x height of basket (all measurements in metres). Standard sized baskets are available, others can be customized according to various application.
